ReturnBasis exists because handling returns in Polish e-commerce usually looks the same: a PDF form to print, a few “how do I send it back?” emails and a spreadsheet where someone tracks deadlines. A return is the buyer's right and the shop's cost at the same time — the longer it drags on, the worse for both sides. So we built a tool that cuts it to the minimum: the customer files a return and drops the parcel off without a printer, and the shop sees the case in one place and knows exactly how long it has to pay the refund.
